Mobile Banking Password Reset Instructions
Locked out of Mobile Banking?
Follow the steps outlined below to reset your password and unlock your Mobile Banking app!
- Open your Peoples Bank mobile app.
- Click on the ‘Hamburger’ menu in the top left on the login screen.
- Click on the ‘Forgot Password?’ menu item.
- Please read the disclaimer and click ‘Continue’ on the ‘Confirmation’ page.
- Enter all required fields on the ‘Information’ page.
- Once all required fields are entered click ‘Continue’. You should then receive an e-mail with further instructions for reseting your password.
