Locked out of Mobile Banking?

Follow the steps outlined below to reset your password and unlock your Mobile Banking app!

  1. Open your Peoples Bank mobile app.

  2. Click on the ‘Hamburger’ menu in the top left on the login screen.

  3. Click on the ‘Forgot Password?’ menu item.

  4. Please read the disclaimer and click ‘Continue’ on the ‘Confirmation’ page.

  5. Enter all required fields on the ‘Information’ page.

  6. Once all required fields are entered click ‘Continue’. You should then receive an e-mail with further instructions for reseting your password.
