The virtual tax documents available are attached with explanations of each form to help you file. Plus, all of your documents are housed in one centralized location until you need them.
How do I enroll?
- All existing customers that currently have signed up for ESI will be turned on to receive tax documents in this manner. This will be a manual process so it will take some time.
- New customers that sign up for ESI will be auto enrolled to receive ALL documents in the same format, including tax documents.
- Only the primary owner on the account has the option to choose what documents they would like to receive. Co-owners will not have this choice available to them at this time.
Can I still have my tax documents printed?
- Deposit Counselors will have procedures to reprint tax documents at the customer’s request.
